Steven T. Schlotterbeck , , , President and Chief Executive Officer

Steve Schlotterbeck was appointed Chief Executive Officer of EQT Corporation, and the general partners of EQT Midstream Partners, LP and EQT GP Holdings, LP, in March 2017. He was appointed President of EQT in 2015 and joined EQT's board of directors in January 2017. Steve also serves on the boards of directors of the general partners of EQT Midstream Partners and EQT GP Holdings.

Steve joined EQT Corporation in 2000 as Director, Engineering when the Company acquired Statoil's northeast U.S. assets. During the next few years he was promoted to various executive roles, including Managing Director of E&P Planning and Development, Executive and Senior Vice President of Production Management and Planning, and Vice President and Director of Engineering. In 2008, when EQT’s business model began its transformation to focus on drilling, production, and midstream operations, Schlotterbeck became President of the Production business unit; and subsequently added the positions of Senior Vice President of EQT Corporation in 2010 and Executive Vice President in 2013.

Steve has held various engineering and management positions throughout his career in the energy industry, which began in 1987 with Marathon Oil Company where he worked in the Gulf of Mexico and Alaska. In addition, he has worked for Eastern American Energy and Statoil.

Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University; and he is a member of the Independent Petroleum Association of America.

A Pennsylvania native, Steve currently serves on the Advisory Board for Penn State Outreach, and the Board of Directors of the EQT Foundation. In October 2012, he was awarded the Penn State University Outreach Fischer Award of Distinction for extraordinary service in advancing the outreach vision; and he is currently the voluntary chair of Outreach and Online Education for Penn State University’s capital campaign.

Jeremiah J. Ashcroft III , , , Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Jeremiah “Jerry” Ashcroft was appointed Senior Vice President, EQT Corporation; and President, Midstream; and also Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for the general partner of EQT Midstream Partners, LP in August 2017. He was also elected as a member of the board of directors of the general partner of EQT Midstream Partners.

Jerry has more than 15 years of experience in the oil, gas, and pipeline industries – and before joining EQT, he was chief executive officer of Gulf Oil L.P. – a distributor of fuel products and lubricants, based in Boston, MA. Prior to that, he was chief operating officer for JP Energy Partners where he led their initial public offering and had P&L responsibility for their NGL, crude, and refined products businesses. He also spent several years with Buckeye Partners, L.P. and held various roles of increasing responsibility, including vice president of field operations, senior vice president global operations, and president of three business units. Ashcroft began his energy career with Colonial Pipeline Company, L.P as director of operations, and later became chief compliance officer.

Jerry has a distinguished military career with the United States Marine Corps and received a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Naval Academy. He also earned a Masters of Business Administration, with a concentration in finance, from Emory University Goizueta Business School

Robert J. McNally , , , Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Rob McNally was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for EQT Corporation in March 2016, and in March 2017 assumed additional management responsibilities for the Business Development, Facilities, Information Technology, Innovation, and Procurement functions. Rob is also Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the general partners of EQT Midstream Partners, LP and EQT GP Holdings, LP; and is a member of both companies' boards of directors.

Rob has more than 22 years of direct experience in the energy sector. Prior to joining EQT, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Precision Drilling Corporation, a Calgary based oil and natural gas contract drilling, completions, and production services provider. Rob also has a strong capital markets background, which includes oversight of investments in energy technology start-ups at Kenda Capital LLC; an initial public offering while with Warrior Energy Services Corp.; and several years of investment banking and M&A advisory experience with Simmons & Company International. He began his career with Schlumberger, working first in operations and then in sales.

Rob holds a Masters of Business Administration, with a concentration in finance, from The Freeman School of Business at Tulane University; a Bachelor of Science, Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois; and a Bachelor of Arts, Mathematics from Knox College.

Jimmi Sue Smith , , , Chief Accounting Officer

Jimmi Sue Smith was appointed Chief Accounting Officer for EQT Corporation in September 2016. Ms. Smith is also Chief Accounting Officer of EQT Midstream Services, LLC and EQT GP Services, LLC, the general partners of EQT Midstream Partners, LP and EQT GP Holdings, LP, respectively.

Ms. Smith joined EQT as Director, Corporate Accounting, in 2007 and was promoted to Vice President and Controller of EQT’s commercial group in 2011. In 2013, she took on additional responsibilities and became the Vice President and Controller of both the midstream and commercial businesses for EQT. Prior to joining EQT, Ms. Smith held accounting positions with PricewaterhouseCoopers, United States Steel Corporation, and Koppers Inc.

Ms. Smith holds a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration – Accounting from West Virginia University and a Juris Doctor degree from Duquesne University.
